Mission Statement: To help set people free from the bondage that holds them back from being in complete freedom from an eating disorder through the power of Jesus Christ.
Vision Statement: At Overcomers, our ultimate vision is to see people discover the truth and power Jesus Christ has when overcoming an eating disorder, for their lives to be forever transformed, and for these overcomers to then share their victorious life with others.
Faith Statement:
We are a Christian-based ministry. When people ask, “What is your ministry’s denomination or what church are you associated with?” We say, “We are nondenominational. We love Jesus and Jesus is our Lord and Savior."

- In Jesus Christ, that he died on the cross for our sins, and that God raised Jesus from the dead three days later.
- In the Bible and that it is the only inspired Word of God.
- In the Trinity: Father, Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirit.
- In all the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
- In Romans 10:9-10: “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
- In fighting for the truth (John 8:32) and that Christ has given us the ability to defeat any lie (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
